Cer İstanbul

Cer İstanbul was built by Ege Yapı in the Yedikule neighborhood on the European Side of Istanbul. The project was developed on a 41,000 square meter area and includes a total of 125 residential units and 23 commercial units. The delivery date for the Cer İstanbul project was planned for the third quarter of 2021.

The project stands out with its low-rise architecture; the blocks are designed as ground plus three floors. Natural wood and stone materials were preferred in the construction of the ten blocks that offer sea views. Additionally, the green areas within the project cover a total of 31,000 square meters.

One of the commercial units in Cer İstanbul is a restored repair workshop building. This structure has been transformed to contribute to the project's historical fabric. The sizes of the apartments offered within the project scope are not specified.

Cer İstanbul is located on Güntekin Street in the Yedikule neighborhood of Fatih district. The project, located 13 kilometers from Atatürk Airport, is 2 kilometers from the Eurasia Tunnel and 800 meters from the Marmaray Kazlıçeşme station. Cer Sales Office is located in Fatih / Istanbul.
