Cer Loft

Cer Loft is a project developed by Ege Yapı under the guarantee of Emlak Konut GYO. Located next to the Yedikule Fortress, this project was designed with a "horizontal architecture" concept and won the "Low-Rise Residential Project" award in Turkey at The Plan Award. The project consists of a total of 63 apartments.

The loft units offered in the Cer Loft project are situated on the remnants of the historic Cer Workshops. High ceilings and large windows provide spacious areas, blending traces of the past with modern living. The rail systems on the ground floors have been preserved in their original state.

The delivery date of the project is set as the fourth quarter of 2021. Among the structural features of Cer Loft, the use of durable materials and attention to environmental factors are prominent.
