Evv Kozyatağı

Evv Kozyatağı is located in the Kozyatağı neighborhood of Kadıköy district. The project has been contracted on a revenue-sharing basis, consists of a total of 3,500 m² of enclosed area, and includes 20 independent units.

In the project, the ground floors are designed as shops, while the upper floors feature a two-flat layout. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete with a raft foundation type.

Smart systems are used in the apartments. Modern and imported construction materials were preferred, aiming for quality along with aesthetic details.

Evv Kozyatağı Sales Office is located in Kadıköy / Istanbul. It is situated close to important transportation axes. The project delivery date is the second quarter of 2018.
