Demirlipark Plus

Demirlipark Plus is a residential project located in the Sahrayı Cedit neighborhood of Istanbul's Kadıköy district. The project was developed by Demirli Yapı and consists of two blocks on a total area of 4,781 m². There are a total of 152 residences; 144 of them are 2+1 type, and 8 are 4+1 duplex apartments.

Each block has 19 floors and four apartments on each floor. Additionally, there are four elevators in each block. Green areas and social facilities play an important role in the project's design; these areas cover more than seventy percent of the project.

Demirlipark Plus was built in a location very close to the E-5 highway and is within walking distance of the Yenisahra metro station. The project delivery date is set for the fourth quarter of 2018.

Access to Demirlipark Plus in the Sahrayı Cedit neighborhood is easy; there is also a shopping center such as Optimum Entertainment Center nearby. It is approximately four kilometers from the Kadıköy ferry terminal and the İDO terminal. Demirlipark Plus Sales Office is located in Kadıköy / İstanbul.
