Pixell Prime

Pixell Prime is a residential project located in the Gültepe neighborhood of Kağıthane district, Istanbul. Developed by the Aycan – Feres Joint Venture, this project consists of a total of 24 apartments. The project was delivered in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Pixell Prime was built as a single 8-story block. The exterior of the project draws attention with its colorful appearance and special lighting. Apartment sales are ongoing, and the target audience is low and middle-income groups.

The project area has a very small plot, but it aims to meet the needs of users with its building features. Currently, apart from Pixell Prime, there is only one other project completed by the Aycan & Feres partnership.

Access to the project is quite easy; it is located between the E-80 and D-1 highways and has direct connections to these highways. Additionally, it offers transportation opportunities within walking distance to 4 metro stations (4. Levent, Gayrettepe, Hisarüstü). Pixell Prime Sales Office is located in Kağıthane / Istanbul. There are also many shopping centers in its vicinity; it is possible to reach Trump AVM, Astoria AVM, Axis AVM, and Metrocity AVM in approximately 20 minutes.
