İstova

İstova is a mixed-use project built by Yamaç Yapı in Hamidiye Mahallesi, Kağıthane, Istanbul. Located on a total land area of 6,000 square meters, the project was delivered in September 2020. The project consists of a total of 523 apartments across four blocks.

İstova offers different apartment types; 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 options are available. The usable areas of the apartments range from a minimum of 60 square meters to a maximum of 285 square meters. The project also provides open and closed parking facilities, minimizing vehicle traffic within the site.

Security elements are prioritized in the project; there is a security team supported by a camera system throughout the site. In this way, the safety of the residents is continuously monitored. Additionally, social amenities include facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and children's playgrounds.

İstova Sales Office is located in Kağıthane / Istanbul. The region where the project is situated is at an advantageous point in terms of transportation and various commercial units are located around it. Thus, both easy access to needs is provided and socialization opportunities are increased.
