Bulvar Atakent

Bulvar Atakent is located in the Halkalı Merkez neighborhood of İstanbul's Küçükçekmece district. The project has been developed by Maksem Yapı and spans a total area of 22,274 square meters. It consists of five separate blocks with a total of 391 apartments and 26 commercial units.

The project adopts a family-oriented approach and offers only 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartment types. The gross areas of the apartments range from 110 to 183 square meters for 2+1 units, and from 145 to 157 square meters for 3+1 units. The largest ones are the 4+1 apartments, with a gross size of 184 square meters.

The apartments feature auxiliary equipment to increase energy savings, along with hot water provided by a central system. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with individual calorimeters that allow for direct measurement to monitor consumption.

Bulvar Atakent Sales Office is located in Küçükçekmece / İstanbul. The area where the project is situated is in an advantageous location in terms of transportation and offers open-air opportunities thanks to the surrounding green spaces. The delivery date for the Bulvar Atakent project is targeted for the second quarter (Q2) of 2019.
