Nest Dragos

Nest Dragos is a residential project located in the Cevizli neighborhood of Maltepe district, Istanbul. The project is being developed by BGS Nest Yaşam and is built on a 30,000 m² plot of land. Comprising a total of 181 apartments, Nest Dragos consists of two blocks; one is 11 stories and the other is 18 stories.

The design of Nest Dragos includes environmentally friendly elements. Features such as water-saving systems and electric vehicle charging stations are included in the project.
