Nuvo Dragos is a residential project developed by Özderici GYO. It is located on Tugay Yolu Street in the Cevizli neighborhood of Maltepe district, Istanbul. The project has a total construction area of 52,000 square meters and contains 999 residences.

The Nuvo Dragos project initially consists of three blocks; these blocks contain a total of 484 apartments and 8 commercial units. The second phase includes 515 apartments. The apartments stand out with their spacious balcony design, while some units offer views of the Princes' Islands.
