Nouvel Maltepe

Nouvel Maltepe is a residential project developed by Ağaoğlu Omak İnşaat in Yalı Mahallesi, Maltepe district of Istanbul. The project is situated on a 5,300 square meter land and consists of a total of 163 apartments. Apartment delivery dates are set for the third quarter of 2021.

Nouvel Maltepe offers different types of apartment options. The housing types available in the project include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 4+2, and 5+1. Apartment sizes range from 60 to 260 square meters; for example, the smallest apartments, 1+1, are approximately 60-70 square meters, while the largest apartments, 5+1, are approximately 250-260 square meters.
