Kentev Çarşı

Kentev Çarşı is a mixed-use project built by İhya Yapı in İstanbul Pendik Velibaba Mahallesi. The project allocates 55% of its 5,000 square meter land area to green spaces. It consists of a total of 110 residential units and commercial units across four blocks.

The project features four blocks, one of which is 5 stories, and the other three are 10 stories each. Apartment options include various types, both standard and duplex; these include 2+1 and 3+1 standard apartments, as well as 2+1, 3+2, and 4+2 duplex apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary, with the smallest starting from 84 square meters and the largest reaching 256 square meters.

The buildings were constructed following soil surveys and structural inspections. They are designed in compliance with earthquake regulations and insulation standards. Additionally, the buildings feature technical infrastructure such as passenger elevators, parking lot freight elevators, and a water tank.

The Kentev Çarşı Sales Office is located in Pendik / İstanbul. The project is situated on Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Caddesi and is at a central point in terms of transportation. The delivery date is June 2019; residential sales are ongoing.
