Optimum Gardens

Optimum Gardens is a residential project located in the Yenişehir neighborhood of Pendik, Istanbul. The project, carried out by Optimum Yatırım Geliştirme, is a work of the company that has been undertaking various construction projects in the Kurtköy region since 2010. This building, consisting of a total of 191 apartments, offers garden and terrace facilities.

Optimum Gardens consists of two blocks, one 7 stories and the other 8 stories. The project has a total area of 10,029 m² and was built as an apartment-type building. The project was completed in March 2018 and life began, with apartment sales still ongoing.
