Optimum Meydan

Optimum Meydan is a residential project located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. It is being built by Optimum Yatırım Geliştirme A.Ş. on a 6,500 square meter plot in the Yenişehir neighborhood of the Pendik district. The project is planned to be completed in October 2019.

The project consists of two blocks with a total of 120 residential units and 13 commercial spaces. Additionally, social amenities such as shopping units and an open swimming pool are offered under the blocks. A 1,650 square meter area designed as green space stands out with its landscaping.

Various social facilities at Optimum Meydan include children's playgrounds, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a fitness center. Restaurants and cafes are also among the services included in the project.

The project is located close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Teknopark Istanbul, and Kurtköy Anatolian High School. It is also situated near the Kurtköy Pendik connection road, providing easy access; Optimum Meydan Sales Office is located in Pendik / Istanbul.
