Gate of Anatolia

Gate of Anatolia is a residential project developed by ACK Group. The project is located in Osman Gazi Mahallesi in Sancaktepe and is built on a total area of 16,000 square meters. Consisting of five blocks, the project has a total of 377 apartments.

Gate of Anatolia offers 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 type apartments designed to meet different needs. The usable areas of the apartments range from 75 to 162 square meters. The distribution of the project is as follows: 30% are 1+1, 60% are 2+1, and 10% are 3+1 apartments.
