Innovia Zekeriyaköy

Innovia Zekeriyaköy is located in the Uskumruköy neighborhood of Sarıyer district, Istanbul. Developed by Yeşil GYO, this project consists of villas with grass roofs. Designed with a total of 40 villas, the project offers a structure surrounded by private gardens.

The project is currently in the concept phase and the construction process is ongoing. Detailed information about the size of the villas has not been provided; however, the structures are planned as semi-detached. The delivery date of the project is stated as the fourth quarter of 2020.

The villas aim to provide a living space intertwined with nature. It is stated that the project includes large green areas. Among Yeşil GYO's past projects are Isparta Kule and the Innovia series.
