Aydos Konakları

Aydos Konakları is a residential project located in the Abdurrahmangazi neighborhood of Istanbul's Sultanbeyli district. The project was developed by Beyaz İnşaat-Çiftkurtlar and comprises a total of 91 apartments. The concrete for the first blocks was poured in August 2019, and the delivery of all apartments was completed within the third quarter of 2019.

The project consists of four blocks, each built as six stories. Aydos Konakları is designed for lower and middle income groups. Detailed information regarding the sizes of the apartments has not been provided.

Aydos Konakları project is approximately three kilometers from the E-80 highway. Additionally, Saygı Hastanesi, Plato AVM, and three schools are within walking distance of the project. One of the recently ongoing metro stations will pass near the project.
