Sima İstanbul

Sima İstanbul is a residential project developed by Ekva Yapı. Located in the Uğur Mumcu neighborhood of Sultangazi district, the project offers a total of 180 apartments and 24 commercial units. The construction is taking place on a 7,200 square meter plot.

Sima İstanbul consists of three apartment-type blocks. All the apartments in the project cater to the middle-income group. The delivery of the project was planned for the first quarter of 2018.

Ekva Yapı is one of the newer companies in the sector and has so far completed the Cebeci Konakları, Merter Mağaza, and Ekva Life İstanbul projects. Sima İstanbul stands out as the company's fourth project.

Due to Sima İstanbul's location, easy access to the E-80 highway is provided via Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Street. Additionally, apart from the Yenimahalle Tram Station, there are no other public transportation options; access by car is convenient. The Sima İstanbul Sales Office is located in Sultangazi / İstanbul. It is also possible to reach Vialand and Forum İstanbul shopping malls by car in 15 minutes.
