Gold Life Tuzla

Gold Life Tuzla has been developed in partnership between Kutsan İnşaat and Yedibey Gayrimenkul. The project is located in the Yayla neighborhood of Istanbul's Tuzla district and has a total land area of 18,000 square meters.

The project consists of 159 apartments across 6 blocks. Apartment types offered are 2+1 (90 square meters) and 3+1 (108 square meters).

Construction of Gold Life Tuzla began in June 2017. The project's delivery date is planned for the second quarter of 2019.

Gold Life Tuzla is 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the airport, and approximately 10 minutes from the TEM highway. The Gold Life Tuzla Sales Office is located in Tuzla / Istanbul.
