Seba Hayat

Seba Hayat is located in the Esenevler neighborhood of Ümraniye, Istanbul. The project was realized through the partnership of Seba İnşaat and AG Hayat İnşaat A.Ş. The project has a total construction area of 30,000 m² and consists of three blocks.

A total of 172 residential units are being built in the project. Various types of apartments are offered, including 156 units of 3+1 apartments, 12 duplex 3+1 apartments, 3 units of 2+1 apartments, and one 1+1 apartment. In blocks A and B, there are shops on the ground floor and basement floor, while block C is designed entirely as residential.

All blocks consist of a ground floor + 14 standard floors and roof spaces. There are two elevators on each floor, as well as a staircase. Each apartment in the project has a closed parking area; in addition, a children's playground and sports-sauna sections have also been designed.

Seba Hayat Sales Office is located in Ümraniye / Istanbul. The project address is at Esenevler Mahallesi Talatpaşa Cad., Ümraniye, right next to Özel Eyüboğlu Koleji. Thanks to the project being located at a central point in terms of transportation, access can be easily provided.
