Locamahal Veliefendi

Locamahal Veliefendi is a residential project located in the Zeytinburnu district of Istanbul. Built in partnership with Hyk Yapı and Kiptaş, the project is situated on a 36,000 m² area and includes a total of 1,262 units. The construction of the project is ongoing, and its completion is planned for the last quarter of 2020.

The Locamahal Veliefendi project consists of a total of eight blocks, each 13 stories high. Detailed information about the variety of units in the project has not been provided; however, it has been developed by Kiptaş, which has experience in various projects regarding overall construction quality.

Kiptaş is a company founded in 1987 and has previously completed many projects such as Venezia and Vaditepe Gölevleri. The architectural design of Locamahal Veliefendi has been tailored to suit the characteristics of the area where it is located.

Locamahal Veliefendi is located on Profesör Doktor Turan Güneş Caddesi in Zeytinburnu. It has a direct connection to the E-5 highway and is only a five-minute distance from the Zeytinburnu metro station. Additionally, important institutions such as Sante Plus Hospital and Marmara Forum Shopping Mall are also located near the project. The Locamahal Veliefendi Sales Office is located in Zeytinburnu / Istanbul.
