Güzeltepe Konakları

Güzeltepe Konakları was built by Küçükarslan İnşaat in the Kahramandere neighborhood of İzmir's Güzelbahçe district. The project consists of a total of 26 semi-detached duplex villas situated on a 17,500 m² area. The villas offer sea and forest views along with natural scenery.

Covering a total area of 392 m², the villas are designed as 5+1. Each residence includes a laundry room and a service area. Completed in 2013, these homes were put up for sale eligible for bank loan use and are now completely sold out.

The villas are built on raft foundations compliant with earthquake and insulation regulations, with soil surveys and structural inspections completed. Technical infrastructure such as hydrofor, water tank, and generator are available within the complex. The heating system is provided by an air-source heat pump, while a fan coil system is used for cooling.

Güzeltepe Konakları Sales Office is located in Güzelbahçe / İzmir. The villas are equipped with independent solar energy systems to benefit from İzmir's sunny weather in every season. Additionally, supported by a smart home automation system, these villas have central satellite TV and internet infrastructure ready.
