Park/Sanat Güzelbahçe

Park/Sanat Güzelbahçe is located in the Yelki neighborhood of Güzelbahçe district, İzmir. The project was developed by Duman İnşaat and consists of a total of 16 units. The delivery date is the first quarter of 2019.

C35 class concrete was used in the construction of the project. Technical elements such as a raft foundation, hollow-block slab, and shear wall column system were implemented in the structure. Additionally, waterproofing was provided with a foundation encasement system.

Park/Sanat Güzelbahçe was designed in compliance with earthquake regulations. All necessary precautions have been taken for the safety of the structure, and it stands out with the use of quality materials.
