Folkart Mona Mavişehir

Folkart Mona Mavişehir is located in the Mavişehir neighborhood of İzmir's Karşıyaka district. The architectural design of the project was carried out by award-winning interior architect Tanju Özelgin and experienced architect Gazi Durul Kuşdemir. Consisting of a total of 197 independent units, the project will be delivered in the second quarter of 2027.

Folkart Mona Mavişehir offers different living spaces. It is planned to meet various needs with options such as Garden Suite, Terrace Suite, Duplex Roof Suite, and Penthouse. Additionally, Studio F.A. Porsche, which holds international standards, contributed to the design of the kitchens and bathrooms.
