Modda Port

Modda Port is located in the Çınarlı neighborhood of Konak district, İzmir. This project has been developed by Ontan Mühendislik and is designed with a land area of 3,194 m². The project consists of a single block and houses a total of 77 apartments.

Modda Port is a 22-story residence project, and all apartments have sea views. Spacious living areas are offered with wide interior designs. Additionally, amenities such as a closed parking lot, tennis court, fitness center, indoor pool, and SPA are available.

Advanced technical methods are used in the construction of the project, and the ground has been reinforced by compaction to a depth of 50 meters. The height of the project reaches approximately 70 meters, and it stands out with these features.

Modda Port Sales Office is located in Konak / İzmir. Access to the project can be provided via main roads and key transportation axes. The delivery date is planned for the third quarter of 2023.
