Mahall Bomonti İzmir

Mahall Bomonti İzmir is a mixed-use project realized by Türkerler Holding. The project is located on a 45,000 m² land area and is situated in the Halkapınar District, where İzmir's historic Bomonti factory is located. Across a total of 12 blocks, residential, office, and commercial units have been built, including 9 restored historic buildings and 1 building with 58 floors.

The project has a total of 595 units, including 466 apartments, 590 offices, and 90 commercial units. Apartment types are designed as studio, 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1. The sizes of studio apartments range from 37 to 66 m²; the areas for other apartment types are as follows: 70 to 150 m² for 1+1 apartments, 90 to 176 m² for 2+1 apartments, and 171 to 239 m² for 3+1 apartments.

In the Mahall Bomonti project, the buildings have been constructed in accordance with earthquake regulations. The structures feature passenger elevators, parking elevators, and hydrofor systems. The heating system is designed as a natural gas central system, while the cooling needs are met by a central air conditioning system.
