Tan Urla

Tan Urla is being developed by Tanyer Yapı in Bademler Mahallesi, Urla district of İzmir. The project will be built on an area of 250 thousand square meters and is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project includes a total of 278 residential units, with apartment types and sizes yet to be determined. The architectural design of the project was carried out by award-winning architect Nevzat Sayın.
