İBF Şehr-i Park

İBF Şehr-i Park is located in the Tınaztepe neighborhood of the Melikgazi district in Kayseri. The project comprises a total of 59 independent units, with a delivery date set for the third quarter of 2023.

The project consists of a single block, and the apartments are of the 3+1 type. Each apartment has a gross area of 175 m². Additionally, each apartment has three toilets, three sinks, and two bathrooms.

The buildings feature a central heating system, utilizing a calorimeter and heat cost allocators. The project also includes a meeting room along with luxury lobby areas. Two elevators with a total capacity of ten people, including two stretcher elevators, have been designed.

İBF Şehr-i Park Sales Office is located in Melikgazi / Kayseri. It is only 500 meters from the tram line and is surrounded by parks and roads. It is also very close to important points such as Yılmaz İsmet Akansu Primary School and Abdurrahman Eraslan Mosque.
