Bitinya Homes is a 60-unit project located in the Yeniköy Merkez neighborhood of Başiskele district in Kocaeli. The project offers garden duplexes, roof duplexes, and garden flats, with 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartment options in various sizes.
