Altınşehir Meram

Altınşehir Meram is a real estate project developed by Tepekent Mimarlık, based in Meram, Konya. The project was built on a 32,000 square meter land area and includes a total of 400 residential units and commercial units. Additionally, the project, which also features social facilities, is managed by a local firm.

The construction of the project is largely completed, and its delivery took place in the second quarter of 2019. Altınşehir Meram is designed in six blocks and caters to the middle-income group.

Along with the architectural solutions implemented during the construction process, arrangements were made regarding the use of space. Various social amenities are also offered in the project, thus meeting the daily needs of the residents.

The Altınşehir Meram Sales Office is located in Meram / Konya; it is also two kilometers from the train station, and Başkent Hastanesi and Makro AVM can be reached on foot within 20-25 minutes.
