İvamay

İvamay was built by Beğen İnşaat in Yunus Emre Mahallesi, Meram district of Konya. The project, which has a total construction area of 16,950 square meters, consists of 96 apartments and commercial units across four blocks. The project delivery date is set as July 2020.

İvamay offers two different apartment types: 2+1 and 3+1. The 2+1 apartments are designed with a gross area of 111 square meters and a net area of 90 square meters. The sizes of the three-room apartments range from a gross area of 139-149 square meters and a net area of 110-120 square meters.

For the security of the project, vehicle traffic is minimized with enclosed parking lots; additionally, a camera system and security teams will be present within the complex to ensure safety. These building features are planned to offer solutions tailored to the needs of the residents.
