Motto Residence

Motto Residence was built by Somuncu Group. The project, consisting of a total of 63 apartments, is located on a 4186 m² land area and has a construction area of 16500 m². Located in Molla Gürani Mahallesi, this project offers a wide selection with different apartment types.

Motto Residence features 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1 and 6+1 apartment types. The apartments have high ceilings (3.50 meters gross), and some have pool, jacuzzi or garden features. It should be noted that different apartment types are located on each floor.
