Port Poseidon Muğla

Port Poseidon Muğla is a project developed by Dev Yapı. This project, which has been brought to life under the guidance of architect Serdar Tarakçı since 2008, is located on a land area of 315,000 square meters. Construction of the project began in 2014 and was planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.

The project contains a total of 334 units. Among these units, there are 66 apartment flats, 154 villas, 114 canal houses, as well as a hotel and a bazaar area consisting of shops. Each building type has its own unique design details.

Dev Yapı's experience in past restoration projects is also evident in the Port Poseidon project. The project has been built with features catering to the upper-income group. All structures are being built using state-of-the-art materials.

Port Poseidon Muğla is located in the Gürçamlar neighborhood of the Milas district; its address is Kazıklı Mah. İzmir-Bodrum Yolu Pamucak Mevkii Kazıklı Koyu Milas/Muğla. The nearest settlement to the project is Kazıklı Village, which can be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes.
