Nar Kale

Nar Kale is a residential project located in Aziziye Mahallesi in the Karasu district of Sakarya. Developed by Arslan İnşaat, the project comprises a total of 215 independent units. The construction of the project is ongoing and is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.

The Nar Kale project consists of seven blocks, each three stories high. The project houses a total of 150 apartments and offers different types of housing options. The project aims to appeal to low and middle-income groups.

Arslan İnşaat was founded in 1984 and has previously completed numerous projects based in Sakarya. The Nar Kale project is a continuation of the company's successful works such as Narlife Evleri and Nar City.

To the north of Nar Kale lies the D-010 highway, and to the south is Gazi Caddesi. Gazi Caddesi provides easy access to the Karasu district center and offers routes in and out of the city. Important points such as Essen AVM and Karasu Devlet Hastanesi are within walking distance; however, there is no public transportation service in the area.
