Unıva Student Residence

Unıva Student Resıdence was developed by Erkanlı Group, which offers a new investment model addressing the dormitory issue for higher education students in Turkey. The project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. Consisting of a total of 808 units, this project was designed as student homes.

Unıva Student Resıdence is structured to be sold as independent units. Each unit is intended to be rented out and operated. With this system offered by the project, it aims to provide investors with a steady rental income.

The project was realized through ERKANLI's partnership with Asset Campus. Professional services tailored to the needs of students are provided, along with expert consultancy services.
