Armada Residence

Armada Residence is located in the Yıldızlı neighborhood of the Akçaabat district of Trabzon. Built by Trabus Yapı on a 30,000 square meter area, the project consists of a total of 320 apartments. The residences within the project are situated in 14 blocks, each 12 stories high.

Various apartment types in different sizes have been designed for the project. Apartment options include alternatives such as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and garden duplexes. For example, while 1+1 apartments are 67 square meters, the garden duplexes are 323 square meters wide.

The kitchens of the apartments are designed by being divided into two sections; arranged as "hot" and "cold." Additionally, the project offers amenities such as en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and terraces/balconies. Measures have been taken for security needs with lobby and reception areas.

Armada Residence Life Has Started 88 – 156 Sales Office is located in Akçaabat / Trabzon. This project is situated at a point close to main transportation axes and is evaluated together with the social amenities in its surroundings. The project's delivery date is planned for the second quarter (2018).
