Trio Towers

Trio Towers is a project developed by Zonguldak-based Geredeli İnşaat. Founded in 1991, the company is carrying out its largest-scale construction with this project. Covering a total land area of 55,000 m², Trio Towers is designed as three towers and includes a total of 210 units.

The project is in its completion phase and is planned to be delivered in December 2019. It is stated that each unit has a sea view. The overall structure of the project is designed to appeal to the middle-income group.

The architectural location of Trio Towers is on the street just above Atatürk Boulevard, approximately 100 meters from the coastline. Important locations near the project include Ereğli Port, Medical Park Hospital, Ereylin Shopping Mall, and Karadeniz Ereğli Museum.

Trio Towers Life Has Started 130 – 150 Sales Office is located in Merkez / Zonguldak. There is no public transportation available in the vicinity of the project; reaching Zonguldak requires approximately a one-hour car journey.
