Ankalife Prestij

Ankalife Prestij is a residential project consisting of two blocks built on a 16,500 square meter land area. The project includes a total of 200 apartments, and these apartments are designed only in 4+1 and 5+1 types.

The net usable area of the apartments is 153.55 square meters for the 4+1 type and 265.29 square meters for the 5+1 type. 70% of the project is allocated to green space and it also includes various social amenities; facilities such as a fitness center, sauna, and children's playgrounds are available.
