Düşler Vadisi

Düşler Vadisi is a villa project located in Merkez Mahallesi, Beykoz district of Istanbul. Built by Yılmaz İnşaat, the project is being developed on a 869,362 square meter land in four phases. The project includes a total of 606 villas.

The first phase of the project features 509 villas. The villas are offered to users with apartment types of 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 4.5+1 and 5+1, with usable areas starting from 152 square meters and reaching up to 440 square meters. In the villas to be delivered as unfinished, investors can complete their residences by purchasing decoration packages according to their own preferences.

All residences in Düşler Vadisi are equipped with an underfloor heating system. Each villa includes elements such as an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, in addition to balcony and terrace areas. Thanks to the indoor parking lots in the project, vehicle traffic within the site will be minimized.

Düşler Vadisi Sales Office is located in Beykoz / Istanbul. Since the project is located in the Riva area, it is in an advantageous location in terms of transportation. Additionally, security measures have been carefully planned and are supported by a security team and camera systems.
