NG Residence

NG Residence is located in the Evren neighborhood of Bağcılar, Istanbul. The project has been developed by NG Kütahya Seramik and comprises a total of 306 apartments. Its location on Basın Ekspres offers an advantage in terms of transportation.

NG Residence consists of two 26-story blocks. The apartment types include six different 1+1 units and two different 2+1 units. The sizes of the apartments range from 80 to 130 square meters.

The delivery date of the project has been set as the fourth quarter of 2021. The buildings have been designed in accordance with current construction standards, and no low-quality materials have been used.
