Pylon Residence is a residential project developed by Yontaş İnşaat. It is located on 271st Street in the Bağcılar neighborhood of Çankaya district, with a total construction area of 6,600 m². The project consists of a single 33-story tower and contains a total of 83 residences.

The building is a residence-type structure and offers various apartment options. In addition to all residence services, social facility amenities are also provided for its residents. It is noteworthy that Yöntaş İnşaat has undertaken its first private-sector residential initiative with this project.

The delivery date for Pylon Residence has been set as the second quarter of 2020. The project does not include commercial retail spaces; however, various shopping opportunities are available in the surrounding area.

Pylon Residence is located close to the Prime Ministry Çankaya Mansion and is adjacent to important landmarks such as Ankara HiltonSA and Karum Shopping Mall.
