Sisa Kule

Sisa Kule is a project developed by Sisa Grup. The project is situated on an 11,845 m² land area within a single high-rise block and contains a total of 279 residential and commercial units.

In addition to 30 commercial units, Sisa Kule also features spaces that can be used as both home-offices and residences. The project's delivery date is December 2020.

Designed by Korucuoğlu Mimarlık, Sisa Kule is the work of an award-winning architecture firm. The project targets the middle and upper-middle income group.

Sisa Kule is located in the Konutkent neighborhood of Çankaya district, right next to the D-200 highway. It is also within walking distance of Başkent University and Arcadium Mall; access to Koru metro station is also available. Sisa Kule Sales Office is located in Çankaya / Ankara.
