Teona Ümitköy

Teona Ümitköy was built by Kartallar İnşaat in the Ümit neighborhood of Çankaya district. The project is situated on a total area of 30,000 m², surrounded by a 72,000 m² urban forest and a 17,000 m² park area. The project consists of four blocks and contains a total of 533 apartments.

In the project, three blocks contain a total of 365 4+1 apartments; the other block features apartments of varying sizes (1+1 and 2+1). The gross sizes of the apartments range from 172-231 m² for 1+1 units, 206-225 m² for 2+1 units, and 337-354 m² for 4+1 units. Each apartment has access to a closed parking area with a capacity for two vehicles.

The Teona Ümitköy project is designed to receive natural light and offers the same view from all apartments. The large balconies in the project aim to enhance users' interaction with the outdoors. Delivery was completed as of the third quarter.

Teona Ümitköy Sales Office is located in Çankaya / Ankara. Access to the area where the project is located is very easy; it is situated close to main transportation axes. This provides access to both the city center and the surrounding area.
