Vien Oran

Vien Oran is a project consisting of 128 apartments. The project comprises three blocks and offers various apartment options, including 2+1, 3+1, 4+2, 5+2, and 6+2 types.

In the project, the design of each apartment is planned to create spacious living areas. 65% of the total apartment area has been allocated as landscape area, which shows the importance given to outdoor arrangement.

Vien Oran's construction is undertaken by Vien Grup and Bayraktar İnşaat. The delivery date of the project has been set as the third quarter of 2025.

Vien Oran Sales Office is located in Çankaya / Ankara. The project is situated in the Oran neighborhood and is at a central point in terms of transportation.
