İnci Kulesi

İnci Kulesi has been developed by Akyol Grup. The project consists of a single 22-story tower, with a total of 44 residences (42 apartments and 2 duplexes). İnci Kulesi is located in the Çayyolu neighborhood of the Çankaya district.

The construction area of the project is 6,600 m² and all residences are completed. Among Akyol Grup’s previous projects are buildings such as Uğur Dershane Binası and Akyol İş Merkezi.

The delivery date for İnci Kulesi is the third quarter of 2017. The project, limited to a total of 44 units, targets the upper-middle income group.

İnci Kulesi Satış Ofisi is located in Çankaya / Ankara. The street where the project is situated has access to the D-20 (Ankara Çevre Yolu) and D-200 (Eskişehir Yolu) roads. Additionally, there are bus stops in the surrounding area, and Besa Karina AVM can be reached within walking distance.
