Bonita Öveçler

Bonita Öveçler is a residential project developed by Menekşe Yapı. The project is located in a nature-integrated area and is planned to be delivered in the second quarter of 2024.

The project offers different apartment types; 2+1, 3+1, 4.5+1 and 5+1 apartment options are available. Custom design elements and high-quality materials have been used for each apartment.

Top-level sound and heat insulation have been provided in the apartments. As part of the security infrastructure, cameras and a guardhouse system have been installed, and closed and open parking options are offered for each apartment.

Bonita Öveçler Sales Office is located in Çankaya / Ankara. Thanks to the project's location, it is situated in a strategically advantageous area for transportation.
