Unica Riva Villaları

Unica Riva Villaları is an ongoing villa project developed by As Yapı in İstanbul Beykoz Riva. Located within the city yet away from its noise, in the pristine nature of Riva, the villas designed with single-story horizontal architecture are positioned so as not to obstruct each other's views. 5 villa types are offered: 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 (Celia and Harmona 5+1, Equa 4+1, Balancia and Alterna 3+1); a life intertwined with nature is aimed, with large gardens, private pools and social amenity areas.
