Batı Mahal

Batı Mahal is a residential project located in the Alkent 2000 neighborhood of the Büyükçekmece district. It was developed by Yalçınlar Group and consists of a total of 150 detached villas. The project was built on a 400,000 m² area and offers villas in various types.

The Batı Mahal project comprises detached and duplex villas. Each villa design incorporates private living spaces. Although the project has been completed, villa sales are ongoing.

The project was delivered in the fourth quarter of 2016. Targeting the upper income group, Batı Mahal villas stand out with their use of high-quality materials.

Batı Mahal Sales Office is located in Büyükçekmece / Istanbul. The project is situated next to the European Highway Hadımköy Connection Road, which provides direct access to the E-80 highway. However, there are no public transportation services available around the project; a car is required to reach the nearest school and shopping facilities.
