Afraze Life is a mixed-use project developed by AYD Plus (Aydınlar İnşaat) in the Gümüşpınar neighborhood of Kartal, on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Consisting of 115 residences and 10 commercial units, the project combines residential and commercial spaces; delivery is planned for October 2026.
