Maslak Koru is a large-scale residential project developed by Invest İnşaat in partnership with Kiptaş, located in the Ayazağa neighborhood of Sarıyer, Istanbul, on the site of the former İETT Ayazağa Garage. It consists of a total of 704 apartments on an approximately 49,360 m² plot; delivery is planned for June 2025.
