About the Project

Büyükyalı is a 'new seaside district' project with 1,540 apartments rising at the entrance of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, on the Kazlıçeşme coast where the historic city walls open to the Bosphorus, developed in partnership with Özak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigün İnşaat. A section of the 180-meter-long Fişekhane building, dating back to 1881, has been converted into 23 two-story loft apartments; the special block designed in collaboration with FENDI Casa offers an infinity pool with Bosphorus views on its terrace. Büyükyalı Club features a hammam, sauna, steam room and outdoor pools; the blocks are arranged as ground+11 floors.
